Meet Chase Duvall

Meet our founder, Chase Duvall, a licensed attorney in the State of Georgia, whose unwavering focus is on tax law, business law and estate planning. With a wealth of business, tax, and legal experience gained from his roles at Chick-fil-A Corporate, PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), The Home Depot Corporate, and regional law firms, Chase has honed his skills in handling a diverse range of legal matters. From providing tax structuring advice and performing tax due diligence for business transactions spanning from $200,000 to $1 billion, to representing individuals and businesses in general business law matters, Chase takes pride in representing his clients with a client-centered approach, tailoring solutions and strategies to their unique needs.

Chase is also a dedicated and experienced professional in the field of estate planning. With a deep commitment to helping individuals and families secure their financial futures, Chase offers invaluable expertise in crafting comprehensive estate plans. Chase’s client-centric approach makes him a trusted partner in the journey to safeguarding assets and providing peace of mind for the future.

Chase holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law, and a J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Prior to his legal education, Chase earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Kennesaw State University. When he’s not diligently serving his clients, Chase enjoys spending quality time with his family, trying new restaurants, traveling, attending church, and playing golf.

Meet Timothy Perren

Tim Perren is a North Georgia attorney dedicated to standing up for people facing criminal charges and helping them navigate the legal system with honesty, respect, and understanding. He earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in History Education from the University of North Georgia, where he graduated with honors.

Before becoming an attorney, Tim spent thirteen years in law enforcement, serving with the City of Blue Ridge Police Department, the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office, and the University of North Georgia Department of Public Safety, where he worked as a criminal investigator and patrol supervisor. He also served proudly in the U.S. Army, including a deployment to Iraq from 2004 to 2005 where he served with distinction.

Tim’s background gives him a unique perspective on the justice system from both sides of the courtroom. He uses that experience to protect his clients’ rights, build strong defenses, and guide them through every step of the legal process with compassion and determination.

When Tim is not in the courtroom or serving his clients, you can find him backpacking in the wilderness, fishing or kayaking on the Toccoa River, or on a golf course losing all of his golf balls.
